Chef Mutlu Şevket Yılmaz

Chef Mutlu Şevket Yılmaz is one of Turkey’s most respected contemporary chefs, known for his disciplined technique, competitive achievements, and refined culinary vision.

His professional career has been shaped by international culinary training and years of high-level competition. He is a two-time winner of Bocuse d’Or Turkey (2015, 2017) and represented Turkey at Bocuse d’Or Europe 2018, achieving the country’s highest score to date — a record that still stands.

In 2013, Mutlu founded Seasons Restaurant, transforming a personal vision into one of Alanya’s leading fine-dining destinations. Built on seasonality, precision, and craftsmanship, Seasons reflects his belief that excellence is achieved through consistency and continuous growth rather than perfection.

For over a decade, Chef Mutlu has led Seasons as its executive chef and mentor, welcoming guests from around the world and maintaining a strong presence on both the national and international culinary stage.
