À La Carte Menu

Our à la carte menu reflects the season and the region. It changes twice a year — and sometimes more often — depending on the availability of fresh, seasonal ingredients. Alongside seasonal dishes, it also features a selection of our signature plates that define the identity of Seasons.

TASTING MENU

The tasting menu is where the chef has complete creative freedom. It is designed as a one-time experience and usually does not return in the same form. Through this menu, Chef Mutlu Şevket Yılmaz explores new ideas, techniques, and flavors, offering guests a unique and evolving culinary journey shaped by the moment.

BAR

Alongside its tasting menu and à la carte offerings, Seasons now welcomes guests to its bar — a space created for elegant evenings and easy enjoyment.

Featuring a carefully selected wine collection and a menu of classic cocktails with subtle seasonal touches, the bar offers a more relaxed way to experience Seasons, whether before dinner or as an evening destination of its own.

WINE CELLAR

Our wine list is one of the most distinctive in the Alanya region. With a dedicated wine cellar, we curate a selection of exceptional bottles from across Turkey and around the world. The list is carefully built to complement our cuisine and offers guests the opportunity to explore both familiar and rare labels.
